Create a Session

Sessions are when, where, and what time a topic will be held. A topic is the subject and scope of your training, workshop, presentation, or event. Each topic will contain one or more sessions. Learn how to create a session for a topic.

  1. Select on the topic in which you wish to create a session
  2. Select Create New Session
  3. Enter the session date and time
  4. Enter the instructor's name or Net ID in the instructor(s) box. You may add as many instructors as you'd like by clicking Add Another Instructor
  5. Select Create Session at the bottom of the screen

Please note that topics must contain sessions. If a topic does not contain a session it will not be visible to the end user
