Create a Session
Sessions are when, where, and what time a topic will be held. A topic is the subject and scope of your training, workshop, presentation, or event. Each topic will contain one or more sessions. Learn how to create a session for a topic.
- Select on the topic in which you wish to create a session
- Select Create New Session
- Enter the session date and time
- Enter the instructor's name or Net ID in the instructor(s) box. You may add as many instructors as you'd like by clicking Add Another Instructor
- Select Create Session at the bottom of the screen
Please note that topics must contain sessions. If a topic does not contain a session it will not be visible to the end user
